We had a fun, albeit HOT, morning picking strawberries and snap peas with the Masterwongs today. Jaydon wasn't interested much in the fruit and veggie picking, but of the two items picked, he ate more raw snap peas than fresh strawberries. He's into veggies, especially raw ones - sometimes I really believe Jaydon could be a vegetarian...then I just have to remember I'm his Mom. So instead of picking fruits or veggies, Jay did one of two things: 1) Roam around looking for dandelions - Massachusetts seems to have a greater supply of dandelions than Connecticut, or 2) Run and run and run around. There's no doubt this kid can run, and he loves to do so (even if it is 90 degrees out - whew!).The photo below is fast becoming a classic of Jaydon for this summer. Have I told you how much Jaydon is obsessed with dandelions?!
