At the Wadworth Mansion Open Air Market and Festival today, Jay asked to get his face painted (a first). To our surprise, he waited patiently in line (maybe 20 minutes or so) in the hot sun. He knew exactly what he wanted to be - a polar bear. Jay loves polar bears. Some of you have met his two stuffed polar bears and best buds, Nanu and Lars*. We were skeptical that he would sit still through it, but he did! He loved the outcome and loved the attention he got as he walked around!*Nanu is from the documentary movie "Artic Tale" and Lars is from the book, "Little Polar Bear" by Hans de Beer.
