Earlier today Jay was playing with Brian when he hurt his finger. Through a little bit of crying, Jay said, "My finger got hurt, Dad. Maybe it will feel better if I watch the BMW Championship."
The BMW Championship is a golf tournament we have recorded on our DVR.
Brian and I were impressed and humoured by the fact that Jaydon was sly enough to ask if he could watch golf in a moment when either of us would be more inclined to say "yes". I wasn't there when it happened (Brian relayed the story to me after-the-fact), but I would guess that Jaydon did a little extra crying to help his case.
So much for a kiss to make it better...
