For the most part, Jaydon sits very well for classes. I'm always impressed by his attention span. When most two-year-olds are off running about, he's usually still sitting and still attentive. It helps that I'm not too far away to help him stay focused, but generally he's good on his own, waits his turn, and follows directions from the teacher (with a little direction from me).

Critters and Classes
Last Wednesday, our playgroup visited the Eleanor Buck Wolf Nature Center and enjoyed a class about their animals. When given the opportunity to touch the animals, Jaydon didn't hesitate (too much). We touched a turtle, a lizard, a bird, and a rabbit. He was genuinely fascinated by all the critters.
Last Friday, we went to the Lutz Museum . We took a class called "Flower Kids", where we dissected a flower and learned how they grow. Jaydon decorated a flower pot, and planted a plant that will hopefully have blooms one day. In the museum's regular exhibits, there's an animal room. During our visit, they took out a boa constrictor for us to look at up-close. Jaydon enjoyed seeing and touching the snake.
